Shearer Cemetery WalkThe Plymouth Historical Museum is offering a walking tour of Plymouth’s Shearer Cemetery, the Shearer Cemetery Walk, on Saturday, August 18, 10-11 a.m. Historian Darrin Silvester will guide participants through the cemetery, recounting stories of the lives of those buried in the cemetery. To join in the fun and go on the Shearer Cemetery Walk, meet at the cemetery, which is just west of Plymouth at about 45226 N. Territorial Road. Parking is available in the First United Methodist Church lot at 45201 N. Territorial. Tickets are $10 per person for members of the Friends of the Plymouth Historical Museum; $15 per person for non-members and are available at the Plymouth Historical Museum during open hours: Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 1-4 p.m. or purchase tickets through PayPal on the Museum’s website at www.plymouthhistory.org.
